Tasting Notes
100% Sauvignon Blanc from just under 20-year-old vines the vineyard is on the 'Krepskogel' a single cru with chalky/marl soils at 460m altitude. The wine ages from 18 months in 50% old and 50% new large wooden barrels. All the work is done by hand and the estate is Demeter biodynamic certified. Incredible intensity in this wine with fresh zesty acidity. Orchard fruit /ripe citrus and salty mineral finish. - Importer Note
