The Antonelli Sagrantino's are the benchmark of Sagrantino in the world. The 2019 Antonelli 'Contrario' Sagrantino from Umbria is absolutely incredible! It's somewhere between Nebbiolo and Sangiovese in style from this idyllic vintage. Perfumed dried herbs and petals, a dusty savouriness and red and black fruits in abundance. This wine really captured my attention. Blown away. - Chris L
