Tasting Notes
Benoit Dehu is by far and above the most interesting grower Champagne I've come across in recent times. Made from a 1.7ha parcel of biodynamically farmed Pinot Meunier located in Fossoy on the western edge of the Vallee de la Marne. Serve in a Burgundy glass to let the wine fully show itself. Pouring copper in colour and large beaded, you know you're in for a ride. Concentrated and intense, dry and rich, and savoury. Layer upon layer of secondary complexities will keep you coming back for more. No dosage. Very limited. - Chris L
