Tasting Notes
Smoky, stalky notes, blue fruits, game and cured meats. Complex and layered. The palate is classic Cabernet - blackcurrant, tobacco leaf and spice. It's fine-boned yet still very expressive, with beautiful tannins framing the finish. - Felix G
We are a small farm producing hand crafted, single vineyard wines. We believe that wines are made in the vineyard and therefore try to interfere as little as possible in the natural winemaking process.
