Tasting Notes
Domaine Dandelion is a very special new domaine started by Morgaine Seuillot, a native to Burgundy and Christian Knott, an Australian who up until recently was overseeing the winemaking at esteemed Burgundy estate Chandon de Briailles. They purchased a very small plot of land planted to Pinot Noir with a tiny amount of Aligote and Gamay too. Their Pinot Noir vines range between 60-80 years old. Their wines are made in a very hands off manner as not to detract from the quality of fruit their site produces. These are very special wines made in tiny quantities. - Pete L
