Tasting Notes
Red strawberry, cranberry, coffee ground and mushroom are the first impressions on the nose after an hour in the decanter. With some more time this settled on ripe red plums, rosemary and vanilla. Juicy acidity and soft tannins make this an approachable Bourgogne rouge. - Aaron C
