NE facing slope of clay loam with deposits of ironstone, mudstone & quartz. Farmed by us to biological principles, 96 clone chardonnay grown on own roots. Whole bunch pressed, racked with solids to a combination of old puncheons and hogsheads for wild ferment. 8 months elevage on full lees, racked once and sulphured (40ppm for all wines) bottled unfined and unfiltered.
