Tasting Notes
A family Champagne house based in the famous town of Epernay. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, this Champagne hits it's stride for value for money. Dryer than the more commercial houses and also holds a finer, more persistent bead too. There are some brioche and yeasty complexity too, but the main feature is it's tight line of acidity perfect as an aperitif. So overall, why would you drink the Moet and Veuve's of the world when you can get Gardet for the same price... it's a superior Champagne. Hands down. - Chris L
