Tasting Notes
Sytlistically similar to the Rose's found in Provence - dry, perfumed and elegant. Using the Saignee method of draining/bleeding off juice from a red wine ferment, The Gilbert family have produced a delicate and perfumed style of Rose from the Orange/Mudgee region of NSW. Subtle in character and easy drinking, this wine does everything you want it to for the money. Drink chilled, but not too chilled. - Chris L
