What these boys do with Vermentino is always magic. The Rolle is no different. Fruit sourced from younger vines from the family vineyard, Gullyview. Left on skins for 18 hours and then very gently pressed into neutral Slavonian oak demi muid for a 9 month rest, and then settled in stainless steel for a few months. A pure expression of Vermentino - stonefruits, texture and mouth feel from the short time on skins with a saline edge. - Pete L
