Tasting Notes
Qvevri is the name for amphora in Georgia, which is the inspiration for this wine. Muscat and Gewurztraminer fermented on skins in a Qvevri lending itself to a wine that is both aromatic and textural. The spectrum of flavour is all kinds of apricot, from the kernel to the pulp and the skin, dried and fresh. It all depends on when you open it and how cold you drink it - a pretty interesting experience for mine. - Chris L
