Tasting Notes
A balanced blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Riesling from Hilltops. The Gewurz is the dominant component of the wine so it only seems fair that it reins supreme in the blend. It's spent a bit of time on skins to build texture, influence and aromatics. I love this wine subtlety and restraint, and I think it's perfect for a lot of our Asian food pairings. - Chris L

Hamish launched Mada Wines in 2016 and is dedicated to working closely with an exciting group of local growers at the forefront of viticulture in Canberra and its surrounds.
