Tasting Notes
The fruit for this is sourced from the Freeman vineyards so there’s no question about the quality here. It’s de-stemmed and gently fermented for 3 weeks and then aged in old oak for 10 months. There are lovely notes of red flowers, spice, currants, bright juicy cherries and tannins that add a silky finish to the wine. - Pete L
