90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by twelve months maturation in large seasoned oak casks. Violets, liquorice, cherry and leather aromas flow to medium bodied palate which also shows savoury spice, dried herbs and red berries. Complex and approachable, a very versatile partner to food.
