An eccentric white from the loveable Jean Francois Coutelou. Highly oxidative in it's production so you can expect a rich and savoury expression of Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Clairette and Muscat à Petits Grains. Think nuts and honey with a hint of acidity for balance. A great accompaniment to a cheese board. Different, yet delightful. - Chris L
