Tasting Notes
A blend of Coda di Volpe, Falanghina, Fiano and Greco grown on clay-limestone soils, this wine offers a pale straw hue and a lively, fruit-driven profile. Aromas of fresh flowers, pineapple, peach and bright citrus lead into a clean, refreshing palate, where crisp acidity frames flavours of lemon, quince and soft stonefruit. Stainless-steel fermentation keeps everything focused and vibrant, finishing with a gentle lift that makes it an easy, engaging summer white. - Pete L
