Tasting Notes
This is without a doubt one of the best Riesling's I've tried out of Tasmania. It's probably that way because Peter Dredge (ex Bay of Fires) made it, and he's made Riesling with the likes of Dr Loosen in the Mosel. Beautiful aromatics of wild flowers and ripe citrus with a palate that oozes Riesling from Germany. A slight lick of sweetness that is balanced by the elegant but present line of acidity and drying texture. What a wine! - Chris L
