100% Muristellu. A delicious Red Sparkling. Harvested on 2 different dates and fermented in old oak. Fermentation of residual sugars is completed in the bottle creating a naturally frizzante wine. Disgorged by hand. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13.5% Alc. No Added Sulphur. - Michael Zaccaria
Founded in the Sardinian coastal town of Villasimius in 2006 by Giuseppe & Barbara Pusceddu. Here they organically farm native Sardinian varietals such as Cannonau, Muristellu, Nasco, Nuragus & Vermentino. Meigamma in Southern Sardinian dialect means "rest after lunch". This sums up the makers philosophies in life and towards making wine...... All in good time. Farming is Organic and in the Cantina, wines are fermented with native yeasts & have absolutely no additions or sulphites added. Production is approximately 7500 bottles per year. - Michael Zaccaria
