Tasting Notes
A very pure expression of Shiraz, but not in the overblown Australian way of old. This wine is much fresher and much more alive in the glass. It's medium bodied and rather perfumed for McLaren Vale. The fruit intertwined with notes of spice and forest floor add to the complexity of the wine. The tannin is fine and the palate long. An unadulterated Shiraz that everyone should be happy to drink. - Chris L
After a shared twenty five years in the wine industry, Ministry of Clouds marks the relinquishing of our past security and structure for the beguiling freedom, independence and adventure inherent in this, our own voice. We govern what we can, the rest is chance. - Winery Note
