Watch this space! Or better yet, drink this wine. An ethereal, old-vine Grenache from McLaren Vale. It ferments with a high portion of whole bunches yet with moderate extraction, giving the wine plenty of spice while still maintaining liveliness and freshness. It's beautifully floral, red fruited. One of my favourites of the year. - Chris L
Cooper Davis-Draper is a small, grassroots winemaker based out of McLaren Vale. He is focusing on thoughtful, organic farming and transparent winemaking. It's only early days for Cooper, but these wines are already making waves in the Australian wine scene among restauranteurs and wine nerds.
