Tasting Notes
This is an insane Sancerre from one of the best producers in the region with a nose of white peaches, nectarine, citrus, flint, jasmine and crushed rocks. A textural body with enough acid uplift to keep this fresh and interesting. This is exciting to drink now but will also reward patience. - Aaron C.
Pascal Cotat is one of the smallest producer in France with 2 hectares, but his reputation in the Fine Wine world is inversely proportional to the volume of his production.
