Tasting Notes
All varieties (Semillon, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc) are picked on the same day from he same Block. The riesling direct pressed over whole cluster Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is then co-fermented for 7 days then pressed off to barrel to finish. The pallet is powerful with bright grapefruit and Melon, Passionfruit sandalwood and savoury length. A wine of certain power and cellaring potential. - Winery Note
Born of the many rural regions of Victoria, Patrick had a nomadic childhood. His first vinous whiff probably came whilst climbing the Cambrian hills north of central victoria on a farm his family once owned. All grown up and married to the beautiful Megan, they live and make wine on their own farm in the Strezleki ranges, Gippsland, Australia. The wines are inspired by emotion, a moment in time and a sense of place. - Winery Note
