Tasting Notes
This one of the wildest spirits I have tasted since maybe I first tried the Empirical Spirits range?! The idea is to make local take on a sloe gin using salted plums, mulberry, osmanthus and citrus and then they had the good sense to age it in oloroso sherry barrels to add an extra layer. This had so much happening when we tasted it. We all loved it and all had different opinions on what we could taste which I think was really cool. Give it a try! - Pete L
