Tasting Notes
It's "Lambrusco" like these that really get me excited! No wine in my mind is more versatile with food than Lambrusco. Salad and seafood, white and red meats, Italian or Asian cuisine, Lambrusco works. It's just a matter of picking the right one! The Cattabrega is a sparkling rose made from
Grasparossa, Sorbara and Uva Tosca. It's super perfumed and moreish that works particularly well with charuterie and little fish, or even duck if you're game! - Chris L
