The Limb of Addy Shiraz is a bold, fruit driven style shiraz and is our flagship wine. The Limb of Addy fruit displays fruity flavors of blueberries and redcurrents was complemented by ageing in a combination of French and American oak for 18 months in the winemaking process, giving the wine excelent fruit driven flavour and balance. This vintage of Limb of Addy has fantastic structure and an intense mouth feel. The wine will benefit from decanting or careful cellaring. - Winery Note
