Tasting Notes
This is one of my favourite Pinot Noir's from the Mornington cause it's quite unique for a region hung up on producing "Burgundy-like" wines. Grower and producer Darrin Gaffy makes balanced and expressive "Australian-like" Pinot Noir. The Altior is his top cuvee showing the greatest expression of his plot of land on the Mornington Peninsula. Ethereal and supernatural, the intricacies of this wine will move you and the structure and balance will impress you. - Chris L
