This small-batch vermouth features a Moscato base wine infused with organic rhubarb, early spring magnolias, violets, and lavender. It's bittered using two species of Australian-grown wormwood and aged on roasted rhubarb along with fresh lilac flowers. With an ABV of 17.5%, this vermouth offers a vibrant and aromatic profile, balancing the tartness of rhubarb with floral and herbal notes.
