Shadowfax Little Hampton Vineyard sits high in the Macedon Ranges, 95km km north east of Melbourne. At 700m above sea level, the days are cool and the nights colder. Snow falls here every winter, and cooling breezes blow through spring and summer. Fruit ripens in the autumn, accumulating extraordinary flavour and retaining excellent acidity. - Winery Note
