Tasting Notes
This is unique. It's 100% Syrah/Shiraz pressed to juice immediately after harvest but fermented on its stalks. The resulting wine is awesome! Rose in colour and pretty yet savoury in aromatics. Don't be fooled though, this one is really dry and has a mean backbone of tannin that I can only picture being drunk alongside a few cuts of fatty cured meats. Poolside of course. - Chris L
