Tasting Notes
Fragrant aromas of red cherries, rhubarb and strawberry compote, with subtle notes of nutmeg, cured meats and savoury Tuscan herbs. The palate is light/medium bodied, with fresh red fruits flavours. The palate finished with a bright framed acidity and savoury, dusty tannins the variety is famous for. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy with lots of cured meats, and pizza. - Distributor Note
