This is 100% Pais, a native variety to Chile that has incredible vibrancy and life when put in the right hands. The Pipeno is from 70+ year old vines that have been organically grown so you experience a concentration of fruit on the palate as well as a freshness brought on by it's natural acidity. Tinto de rulo is a project that brings together three frinds and their families, continuing and rescuing, Chile's old winemaking techniques. We are winemakers and wine lovers from Maule, Ñuble y Bio bio in South Central Chile. We work in association with small winegrowers, using only grapes from organic vineyards established at least a century ago. - Winery Note
