Tasting Notes
This is a fine fresh clean Shiraz from coolish territory. I hear it has some whole bunches in the early fermentation and a restrained amount of new oak, but the thing that stands out for me is the pure red fruits with just enough complexity from the hint of stalk and very fine chalky tannins. 13.5% alcohol and so moorish, even with baked chicken schnitzel. A sense of elegance. - Michael L
