Tasting Notes
Like finer-boned, lighter weight and minimal intervention Pinots; then here's a newer Tassie one for you! A marriage of raspberry and cherry fruits with sweet spice like clove and cardamon, and savoury pepper. It starts fresh and clean and follows through with its fine fruit across your palate. There’s fine tannin and acid to support too. And just to demonstrate, I enjoyed the wine with a raw salmon poke bowl. 13.3% alc. - Michael L
