Tasting Notes
This Champagne will change the way you look at sparkling wine. It's fermented in a cerment egg, hence Ovalie, which gives this particular Champagne it's personality. Broad, rich and round are all terms that spring to mind. The bead also follows suit. I recommend consuming with fois gras, duck or other richer dishes. - Chris L
Vadin-Plateau Champagne is a family run enterprise in the heart of the Great Valley of the Marne, in the village of Cumières, near Epernay, the capital of Champagne. Since 1785, a passion for wine and its cultivation has been transmitted from generation to generation and continues today to Yann, the ninth generation.
