Tasting Notes
This is fancy Pizza wine, but it's also a really good match to some more sophisticated dishes. Morellino is the name for Sangiovese in the southern reaches of Tuscany around the town of Scansano. Farmed organically and prodduced in the winery with very minimal inputs. Typical cherry and raspberry fruits with fine mouth-filling tannin without the obvious use of oak. A beatiful reflection of place. - Chris L
