The grapes spend 9 days on skins in tank, and then the fermentation starts in old french oak barrels from Burgundy. The nose is chalky, has hints of jasmine and honeysuckle. With some herbaceous aromas, it also has spice and cardamon. Surprising wine. - Distributor Note
