Tasting Notes
Raphael and Vincent are responsible for producing a Champagne that is a true picture of the terroir. Le Cran is equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the fruit is sourced from 40 year-old vines from Premier cru lieux-dits in Montagne de Reims. Essential to the Bérèche "style" is the systematic suppression of malolactic fermentation, a method that allows the Le Cran to showcase the complexity of its 40 year-old, Premier Cru fruit while retaining daring acidity. - Importer Note
