Tasting Notes
A Chardonnay/Savagnin raised under flor yeast, or Sous Voile, for 30 months, in a classic Jura style. This leaps out of the glass with curry leaf, bruised apple, walnut, plenty of savoury/saline character. It's so layered and complex. The palate is incredibly fresh and light on its feet, despite the layers of savoury flavour. It's wonderfully balanced and a great example of an oxidative Jura style without going all the way to Vin Jaune. Good stuff. - Felix G
