Tasting Notes
The highlight is the initial vitality, yet smoothness, of the red and black fruits in your mouth. Probably aided by allowing the wine to age before release for a few years. The smells are familiar for shiraz made with some whole bunch and minimal intervention, leaving a touch of leaf and earth. Finishes with very fine chalky tannin and acidity. 13.7% alc. Refined Shiraz from Macedon Ranges. - Michael L
