Tasting Notes
Montepulciano that isn't just a pizza wine. It's fermented in concrete, obviously, so the wine retains freshness and shows a stunning minerality throughout the palate. It's persistence and presence of tannin hold the wine together structurally taking it to the next level of complexity. Red fruits are plentiful among a plethora of nuanced savoury notes, but texture, texture, texture is the key here. - Chris L
This is a snapshot of what we're drinking ourselves right now.
