A wonderfully seamless and balanced Cabernet Franc from organic/biodynamic Saumur-Champagny producer Domaine des Closiers. Think black-fruited, chocolatey bliss. The palate is medium in body, finely textured, integrated and finishes brightly. What a beautiful wine from the Loire Valley that is geared for early drinking or with a few years in the cellar.
