Tasting Notes
A blend of alternate Italian varieties from the Parish Hill vineyard in the Adelaide Hills consisting of 43% Vermentino, 43% Inzolia and 14% Pecorino. It got a day or two of maceration before being fermented and left on lees in neutral oak for 6 months to add texture to the wine. It's a very vibrant wine, loads of acid with Inzolia adding salinity too. Definitely a more seafood/aperitif style. - Pete L
Freddie Stevenson sources biodynamic fruit from regions around South Australia. Everything is small batch here, and minimal intervention is a must. The wines are fun and lively in the glass and speak of the regions in which they come. Never overblown or overdone.
