Giant Steps is one of the leading names in the Yarra Valley, founded in 1998 by Phil Sexton with a vision to craft single-vineyard wines of precision and purity. Farming is sustainable, with a strong emphasis on minimal chemical use, canopy balance and hand harvesting.
