Tasting Notes
A brilliant and rare organically grown grower producer Champagne from Epernay. It's made from 100% Chardonnay with only 5g/L dosage, so it's quite dry, yet has character and complexity built into the wine from vineyard and winery practices. Picked on the riper end of the spectrum and showing developed barrel aged character traditionally seen in still Chardonnay. - Chris L
