Tasting Notes
This is a blend 60/40 blend of Vermentino and Fiano thats left on skins for a few days to build texture and chew. It's left in old oak to chill out for a bit and then some reserved juice is added back in to kick things off in bottle. This has been one of the most popular Pet Nats that we've sold for the last few years and was a hit customers at the Wine Fair. Everybody LOVED it. - Pete L
