Tasting Notes
Cool climate vineyards and high altitude sites result in a finely balanced, crisp, unoaked Chardonnay. Varietal stone fruits on the nose, with pretty floral tones underpinned by a flinty mineral note. The palate is lighter than you might expect for a Chardonnay, but wonderfully crisp and fresh. White nectarine/white peach on the palate, supported by a nice acid line that carries through to the finish. A beautiful match for fresh prawns with a squeeze of lemon! - Felix G
