Louis Bouillot is a specialist sparkling wine producer based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, with a history dating back to 1877. The house is dedicated to Crémant de Bourgogne, drawing on fruit from across Burgundy to showcase the diversity of the region’s vineyards. Made using the traditional method, the wines combine classic Burgundian varieties with extended ageing on lees to build texture and complexity. The style is polished and precise, with fine bubbles, bright fruit and a refreshing mineral drive - offering an approachable expression of Burgundian sparkling wine.
