Tasting Notes
Initially opened with a lifted cherry and dusty nose. Interestingly, as hours passed the dusty, savoury characters added complexity (likely coming from the partial use of whole bunches in the fermentation). While the colour suggests a lighter style, there is plenty of fruit (like strawberry and cherry) and a complexing savoury edge to the taste. 13% alc. Easy to enjoy this one over dinner or with party finger food! - Michael L
Our vineyard is located behind the township of Oakbank in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Producing excellent Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. There has been a lot of blood sweat and tears along the way.
Now, with 20 vintages under our belt the results speak for themselves. We carefully hand prune, shoot thin, bunch thin, and hand pick to produce the best possible wines that show the unique characters of our place. - Winery Note
