Tasting Notes
Perched at the highest point of the Bergaglio estate, Minaia is a site of old, low-yielding vines—some over 70 years—that thrive in the sunlit, breezy conditions between 330 and 400 metres altitude. This natural advantage delivers fruit with remarkable purity and depth. In the glass, the wine is poised and expressive, offering layers of orchard fruit and tropical hints, wrapped in a delicate veil of floral tones—think lime blossom, acacia, and wild herbs. A subtle thread of almond rounds out the palate, lending a graceful complexity to this vibrant, finely detailed expression. - Aaron C
