
Tasting Notes
A new project from a former Sydney somm, Gavin Wright who moved to the Adelaide Hills to chase the wine dream. This is a blend of mostly Gewurztraminer and a splash of Pinot Gris from a vineyard in Lenswood. It's aged on skins and fermented till dry in fibreglass tanks and then bottled retaining all it's freshness and aromatic qualities whilst adding body and texture from the extended time on skins and lees. - Pete L
